Let me start off by saying that if you have a chance to go to Iceland, you really should. I fell in love with the country the moment I stepped off the plane. Iceland is an island like no other with its stunningly stoic landscape, immense glaciers, steamy geothermal waters, and saga-filled history. And to top it all off, the countryside is dotted with curly-horned sheep, plump with wool.
