ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION: Advanced registration for classes is highly encouraged can be completed online, in the store or by calling us at 541-323-8686. Payment in full is required in order to reserve your place in a class. All classes must meet a minimum enrollment (usually 2-3 students) to run and are typically capped at 4-6 students per class. In the event a class does not meet minimum enrollment, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and offered a full refund, store credit, or the opportunity to reschedule.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice before the start of your first class for a refund to your original for of payment, minus a $10 service fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
MISSED CLASSES: We cannot offer make-up sessions or credit for missed classes. Out of respect to your instructor and classmates, we kindly ask that you be on time.
CLASS MATERIALS: Materials and tools for classes are not included in the registration fee unless otherwise noted. Fancywork Yarn Shop classes support materials purchased at our shop. Please do not bring yarn or fiber purchased at other shops to class. Your purchase of yarn at our shop helps support our small business and allows us to continue offering valuable fiber arts instruction. We are always happy to help you select appropriate materials and/or tools for your class or project.
PARKING: In consideration of the neighboring businesses, we ask those who are able to please park on the surrounding streets if you plan to be in the shop for an extended period of time. We appreciate your consideration.
