Made with Targhee wool sourced from ranches in the Western US, each skein helps to support American wool producers. Targhee is a breed of sheep that was developed in 1926 in Dubois, Idaho from stock of Rambouillet, Lincoln and Corriedale. The breed was named after the Targhee National Forest where the sheep grazed in the summer.
